Tips To Enhance Your Spa Experience

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full allotted treatment time. Unfortunately we cannot give extensions on service times due to a late arrival. We will give you the total time remaining for your time slot that you are booked for. We strive to provide your service in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated.

We ask that you turn off your cellphone upon arrival to ensure that all of our clients can receive the most relaxing experience possible.

Please let us know your personal preferences to help us tailor the manner in which our treatments should be performed, and we will do everything possible to accommodate your requests.

For body treatments and the hydrotherapy bath we provide spa robes and slippers. We want you to be comfortable during your treatment; wear a bathing suit, undergarments or simply your birthday suit, whatever you desire. We can also provide disposable underwear if you prefer.

Please advise us upon booking of any allergies or sensitivities to product ingredients or food allergies(if booking package with lunch or snack).

As a courtesy to our other clients and our therapists we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule, we do require 24 hours notice. A credit card, advance payment, or gift certificate number will be required for advance bookings of all packages or group bookings. For group bookings we require 48 hours cancellation notice. We are sorry to say that if advance notice of a cancellation is not given, we will charge you for 100% of the package price.

Package Policy: Services purchased as a package must be completed on the same day with no substitutions. If you prefer to make changes to the package we will convert your package to an equivalent dollar amount and apply it to your services.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Taxes and gratuities are not included in treatment prices.
